The place is very nice and staff is great but not all. Some therapists should learn there clients body language, rather than just doing there job. I ended up with a pinched nerve due to my therapist just pushing hard. If someone body stiffens up that means something and not go hardcore. Learn your clients, that’s how people come back to you....

I love the reception staff and all the therapist I have had work out all my aches.  I have only used level 3 or above as I prefer deep tissue massages.  The therapist were all very professional and skilled.  It didn't take long for me to decide and become a member

Elements has a super friendly staff. Relaxing atmosphere and is very clean throughout! My massage by Doug was just what my body needed before running a half marathon today! Thank you!

I'm a little shocked at the positive reviews of this place. The room was cold, the masseuse Kristine had an unpleasant cold demeanor.  The "massage" was all over the place, way too fast, no symmetry. It felt like a child was rubbing me down. Not relaxing at all. Yikes. Good luck if you give it a try

It is a place to get a good massage and feel better when you leave. The therapist focus on areas with aches and pains. You may need more attention in those areas of your body, may be heat treatment in addition to the massage. You need to share and direct the therapists to your painful areas and they try to take care of you. Enjoy every minute of the massage by staying focused on every touch.
