They sometimes have great deals. The employees are friendly and willing to help. It is rather poorly stocked.

Employee on the floor was doing her own make up and checking herself out instead of asking anybody if they needed help. Other employees walk right by you with no regards to help you. After asking a few employees for help and not receiving it I gave up... Sephora will always one up ulta in customer service and professionalism

I went here with my daughter and her head nearly exploded with all the things they have here. She's starting her own business as a make up artist and was beyond thrilled with the products here as well as the prices. It's her new go to store.

This is one of the worse Ulta store ever. I went to the store to purchase some make up and  I needed help. The staff here are not helpful at all. When I went to the register to pay for the products I wanted the lady at the register was VERY NASTY AND RUDE!!!! Her name is Alyssa  a light skin lady with a  nasty attitude she was very disrespectful . The manager at that store needs to get new employees!

Well, this is the worst Ulta I have ever been to. If I need help and approach to assistance, they immediately walk away by saying "I am on break". But the person who was taking break was helping other customer as well. There is Sephora a few blocks away in the Queens Center and the one from JC penny got similar products with ulta. Please go there. Avoid this place at all cost.
