My experience here was so refreshing. The staff was so welcoming and easy going I felt very comfortable speaking with them and being in their space. My therapist was very professional and listened to my concerns. He put me at ease and communicated with me during my session to make sure we were on the same page. I can't wait to go back!

I used to be a member here but cancelled a couple years ago, today I was reminded why. Twenty-five minutes before this review, I spoke with a representative, Emily, from the Montclair office inquiring about a gift certificate as a wedding gift and was told that I could purchase a couples massage gift certificate which included the $40 New Client Special discount. I informed the Emily that I would be on my way to purchase the gift certificate based on the price that she quoted me over the phone. When I arrived, I was told by another woman sitting at the desk that Discounts could not be applied to the gift certificate-therefore, I would have to pay the full non-member price. Even after I explained the specifics of our conversation, she still informed me that it could not be done. Their lack of communication always drove me crazy which is why I cancelled in the first place but I expected them to at least honor what was told to me and accommodate my request being that I drove to their location to make this purchase for a newlywed. I’m very disappointed and see that their customer service has gone down. Will not be recommending anyone here anymore and certainly will not use their services!

Update: After posting reviews and filing a complaint with the BBB, I again received a call from the assistant manager, Rachel. She said that the manager agreed to refund my massage on the condition, and I quote, "If I agree to never return to the salon again." Interesting how the owner "Wishes me the best" but the manager tells me I'm never allowed to return. UNREAL. As if I would ever, and neither should you. Putting my review in as many places as I can in the hopes that maybe someone at corporate can help me get my money back.... Awful, awful, AWFUL customer service. BEWARE. Last month I had a 60 minute massage with Erick. He was phenomenal, so much so that I agreed to sign up for the monthly membership program. I also booked a follow up appointment that day for today March 24 at 3:00pm for a 90 minute massage (I signed up for the 60min membership and agreed to pay the upgrade fee for this appointment). I did not receive a confirmation call or email which I found odd but since I had an appointment scheduled I figured it would be fine. I arrived at 3:00pm today and was told I did not have an appointment scheduled. The girl behind the counter said to me, "Did anyone tell you that Erick doesn't work here anymore?" No, no one did. No one contacted me ever to either explain that Erick, my chosen therapist was no longer there, nor to tell me that my appointment had clearly been cancelled because of it. I asked if someone else could take care of me and was told, "Well, no we can't because we're fully booked today." I said to her, "Right, I was part of that fully booked schedule." I told her I want to cancel this entire thing, including the membership. This customer service is unacceptable. But it gets worse. I told the woman I needed to speak with someone about getting a refund since I had already paid for this massage. She could not get a hold of a manager but said a manager would call me. Fast forward a few hours, I get a call from someone named Jessica who said they cancelled my membership for April but cannot refund me for the March payment, despite NEVER receiving services. I asked why the manager had not contacted me directly and she said that she was relaying what she was told by the manager when she spoke to me. I said I still want to speak to a manager. She said would have an assistant manager contact me, but that the manager was not available to speak to. The assistant manager told me that because I did not give 30 days notice on my contract I would not be receiving a refund. This is not a contract issue on my end. It's not about me not giving 30 days notice, it's about the fact that I could not get the services promised by YOUR people. This has been an absolutely awful experience. Seriously, beware this location.

The service I received at Elements Massage was absolutely perfect, relaxing, and Magda did an exceptional job. The room was dim, warm, and just what I needed. Would recommend and can’t wait for my next visit.

Great place to relax and unwind! The customer service is excellent with a very caring staff! The masseuse was very knowledgeable and performed a great service! I became a client member the first day I came. I have an appointment ot go back next month. I recommend this place!
