My first time here and Jasmine was great! I'm now a member.She was very down to earth and informative. Plus the pressure was perfect. I like the monthly membership in that I can bring another person with me to get a massage and other good offers that come with the membership.

Jamhar really was able to help my neck out and listened to me and what my needs were. Very fast appointment making. Easy to talk to. Loved it so much I joined as a member.

All staff I encountered were very pleasant. Scheduling was easy. Massage was excellent! I highly recommend Veronica if you are looking for a deep tissue massage!

I was a member of the Elements Massage studio in Morris plains. I have recently moved and the New Providences studio was closer. I made an appointment and the girl on the phone was very nice and helpful and helped me suggest the right therapist. I received a text the night before the appointment from someone at the studio that my therapist was going to be out tomorrow however they have someone else who would be replacing and confirmed my appointment. I showed up for the appointment and there was no one at the front desk. I waited for about 5 minutes til someone came and had me fill out new paperwork since this was my first time at this location and didn’t have access to the paperwork I filled out at the previous studio. My appointment was at 11am. It was nearly 11:15 before the girl at the front desk told me that there was a mixup and my therapist was not in and wasn’t coming in. I was desperately needing a massage as my muscles were still tight from a a recent marathon that I have completed last week. She gave me no option but to rebook for another day which I unable to do for a few weeks due to my work schedule. This is completely ridiculous customer service and total waste of my time. I asked to speak to the manager and she was no where to be found. This is not a way to treat someone who has been a member for nearly 2 years. I do not recommend this studio. This would have never happened at the Morris plains location.
