Awful company and very unprofessional! I am still waiting to receive a shipment for home delivery. They scheduled me twice for a home delivery with a date and time and never showed up and never called to tell me my shipment was not going to be delivered. When i got in touch with them they let me know their movers were running 2 hrs behind schedule and by the time my shipment was to be delivered it was too late. I didn't receive a phone call letting me know anything. when calling them, I had to wait on hold for over 20 min to speak with a manager and was never able to get in touch with one. Don't waste your time with this company, it is not worth the hassle!!

They were the sub-contractor for a freight delivery. My delivery sat in their warehouse for over a week. On the day of delivery they quoted 9-11 AM. At 11 AM, they said they were 8 minutes away. My delivery finally arrived at 1:00. At the house 3 doors down from me. Bad logistics. Bad expectation management. The guys who delivered were nice (thus the 2 stars).

There are so many better choices for your move. Do yourself a favor, don't use Elephant.

I only give them 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. These people have ruined my Christmas! I ordered new living room furniture on November 28th that Ashley Furniture placed in the care of this delivery service last Thursday the 14th of December. The soonest they would schedule my delivery was today Dec 22... after having it for 8 days, nearly a month after I ordered it. So I was home all day, called several times to check on the status of my delivery because I work nights. Although I called several times, they only answered the phone twice, once at 2pm and they couldn't reach the driver and said they'd call back, but they never did and at 4pm after calling and calling and calling with no answer, I was finally told the delivery drivers were running behind because of the rain and traffic but they would get all the deliveries done but they were only on delivery #6 and I was #12 on their route and that it would probably be closer to the 7pm cut off for my delivery. They guaranteed delivery between 4pm -7pm by the way! I had to go to work so I had a family member sit at my house waiting, and waiting and waiting and waiting. Now it's 10pm at night and I can't reach anyone, I never heard from anyone, and no one ever showed up with my furniture! I now have to un-invite my holiday guests because I have NO LIVING ROOM FURNITURE and this piss-poor delivery service that I paid an extra $125.00 for is only open Monday - Friday and Monday is Christmas so I can't even speak to anyone until at least Tuesday. MY FAMILY'S CHRISTMAS IS RUINED!

My mom bought me a Christmas present and after two weeks we found out they had it. We kept getting a run around about when they will deliver until we finally had someone very kind enough to go pick it up for us.
