The staff at Two men and a Truck were phenomenal to say the least. Kay and Clay arrived to my house on time they were very polite and oriented me to the whole process. Kay was very clear with all the documents and terms and made me feel at ease about the move. They completed a walk through of the house and then asked us to let them take the lead. They loaded a 2400 square foot house in 3 hours! Broke down my beds for me, used shrink wrap on all the furniture and handled my items with care. We labeled all the boxes that were going to go inside  with green tape and items to stay in garage with red tape. Upon arriving to the new house and unloading the items they put all the boxes with red in the garage and then asked me for guidance on where to place items in the house. They took off all the shrink wrap, set up the beds and arranged the furniture to my liking. All my items were brought in the same condition from when they left. I can’t say enough good things about this company and my two movers Kay and Clay. They were amazing. I had never used a moving company before and I will never move again without them. The made the whole experience stress free. I highly recommend them for any moving needs!

From the beginning to the end of the move I experienced nothing but professional and caring contact from this company.  I had heard good things about them in St. Louis and was hoping that they had the same caliber of employees in Austin Texas, and I was not disappointed at all. There was contact before the move, confirmation the day before, the morning of, and even after the move. Everyone that I spoke with was so friendly and courteous.  When I called for the quote they explained everything to me, the charges and how things would happen regarding the move. They set the expectation of what needed to be done on my end and when it needed to be completed.  It helped that they broke it down for me. I do not move everyday or even every year. It is something that most people don't do very often and it really made a difference, at least to me, that they took the time with me so I understood.  I really appreciated everyone that I spoke with and couldn't be any happier. I really can't say enough nice things about this company and their employees. Just make something that to me is  a big deal, moving my  life from one place to another, a very easy thing to do.  Thank you so much!

Freddie and Dante were WONDERFUL! They were extremely careful with all of our things, and on top of that they were really friendly! They got our move done very quickly despite setbacks with the parking situation. They worked super well as a team and seemed genuinely happy to help us out. Would definitely recommend this service!

Will ABSOLUTELY be using two men and a truck for any future moves! The helpers were extremely friendly and made the experience very comfortable. They were quick, very prompt and honored every request we had. If your thinking of moving call them! Affordable and friendly!!

I used Two Men and a Truck to move in December. 

Short version: DO NOT USE. They were late due to mechanical issues, a van showed up to start assisting with the move. The van died, another van showed up to jump it. Truck finally arrived then got in accident at building. They forgot a lamp, then found it broken. Offered $6 for lamp and waived travel fee while only charging for two hours for move. Will never use again. Banned from my building due to damages they caused on property. 

Long version:
The truck was late due to mechanical issues - they sent a van to "prep" the move. I was already packed and ready to go moving from a tiny 450 sq foot apartment, I just needed the truck to move my stuff. They proceeded to move things out of my apartment to the elevator. The truck arrived an hour and 15 minutes after they started (keep in my mind my moves usually take less than 2 hours total). Once the truck arrived, the van they originally sent died, so they sent another van to jump the first van. At one point there were THREE Two Men & a Truck vehicles at my apartment, all of their attention was spent on these vehicles not my move (yet I am paying hourly). At this point I am annoyed but ready to get it over with. An hour and half after my move started, we are on our way to the destination (about 1.5 miles away) as we arrive to my new building - they get into an accident. I KID YOU NOT - the truck swiped the pole at my building. This was the moment I had enough - I call the office to discuss some sort of compensation for how ridiculous this simple move has become. They agree to waive the travel fee and only charge me for two hours - I mean I guess that was fine - they told me that someone would call me on Monday to discuss more. I am exhausted and ready to get it over with so I agree. But wait - it wasn't over. During payment - they guy forgot the credit card machine so he asked me to just hand write my credit card information down, which I absolutely did not feel comfortable doing so I asked could someone be called to process over the phone. After my payment was processed he remembers my lamp, he forgot it in the truck. About 30 minutes later he returns with my broken lamp - he tells me his manager is going to pay for it out of pocked because this move has been a complete mess. Well that never happened I was offered $6 for the weight of my lamp.

Overall very unprofessional, contacted corporate but there is nothing they can do to the franchise. Just do not use.
