ONLY WORK WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU LIKE NO-SHOWS, PEOPLE WHO ARE UNPROFESSIONAL, AND CONSTANTLY BEING REDIRECTED TO VOICEMAIL. My home warranty company assigned Elevated Plumbing with the task of diagnosing an issue with my brand new hot water heater, after the plumber who installed it (Belle View Plumbing) refused to return to our house. I called Elevated Plumbing to set up an appointment time. The man on the phone (Donnell?) assured me that everything was going to get fixed. By this point, I'd been taking cold showers for a little over a week. I was really looking forward to having the problem solved. Well, the date and time-slot (4 hours) came and went, and Elevated Plumbing never showed. They never even called. In fact, when I tried to call them, my calls went straight to voicemail. After complaining to our home warranty company that same day, they assured us that Dwayne from Elevated would service our home, just a little later than expected. When I called Dwayne to confirm, he said he would call me back in "3 minutes." Five minutes passed, so I decided to call him. But when I called, I got an answering message that said "Elevated Plumbing is currently closed."

This company is a fraud. They were over paid by my credit card $2500 and they admitted and we went to court because they didn't want to pay me back and they were found guilt but after a year I still have not received my money. While they were doing the job, they were no call no show and it took them almost a month to do the job when it should have just taken 2 days. I had a sewage pipe replaced. Please stay away from this company and YOUNG, DWAYNE, he is the owner. The worst part is that he uses the lords name to make you feel sad for him and his family.

Elevated Plumbing is a collection of thieves. American First Choice is also a partner in crime. They know this company is a fraud. I have water heater problem and the Tech came and did not even check what is wrong and took 60 in cash as Dwaye claimed his credit card machine does not work. Then they said they would replace it and it never happened. When I call insurance company they have no recollection of the elevated plumbers and they denied sending them to me which is false because they gave them my information and I got their information from them. It is so shame this kind of business is taking place in US. Stay away from American First Choice

Worst servicer!! Elevated plumber came out to replace a water heater, which was covered by my home warranty. So many issues! 1) Although this was considered an "emergency", took over 2 weeks to get the new heater installed. 2) When it was installed, the tech completely botched the job, got water in the electric panel, got soldering on the floor, and cracked the transition step between my basement rooms. 3) The water heater had to be fixed, took days for them to get someone out to repair it, again even though this was considered an "emergency". 4) Even though the company (Dwayne) said they would take full responsibility for the damage, they refused to act on it. I had to file litigation through my home warranty. Again - he said that they would fix it... it's more than two months later and they STILL have not repaired the damage. All in all - TERRIBLE WORK, shady business practices, all around awful. DO NOT USE THEM!

They promise you the world and then don’t do anything. I called my home warrantee company First American on 4/13 about 3 plumbing issues at my home, one of which was an active water leak (ruptured pipe) in my basement. First American called me about midnight that night requesting of an emergency repair needed to be made. I said no, it could wait till morning to get someone out there. Today is 4/20 an entire week later, and all I keep hearing is excuses, and promises that things “Will” be taken care of. The most recent promise coming from the owner himself. (which I’ve spoken to twice in the past 24 hours). They have had technicians out to the house twice, yet still no repair of the leak. The 1st technician thought the leak was the result of sediment in the hot water heater and wanted to charge $400 plus for flushing the pipes. To me it was an opportunity to try and upsell the service (which First American pays them very little for). The owner was quick to say he would get someone else out there promptly, and indicating that he was having issues with that particular technician. I’ve had home warrantees for more than 14 years on my homes. Some contractors are better than others about getting the job done and getting to the next job, and they make their money on volume. Others drag things out and try to hold the home owner hostage for extra repairs. One of my theory’s I have is that technicians meet my very young and clueless tenants (it’s my rental house), and figure it’s an easy opportunity to make a buck. Then this 50 yr old mechanical engineer starts questioning they diagnosis’s and they have quickly backed themselves into a corner) When they were out today, apparently there is a shower head that’s leaking up the upper floor shower. The warentee company called me to say that’s not covered. Ok, fine I said, it’s a $15 part I can get a t home depot, how about the leaking pipe in the basement that’s causing water to go everywhere? I may soon need to engage my home owners insurance and make a claim , just because this plumber Elevated Management Plumbing, was incapable of, or unwilling to handle the job. I’ve been trying to give the owner the benefit of the doubt and a way to get back into my good graces, yet the blow it at every opportunity. I’m not a happy customer.
