This is a small family owned business that started back in the 1930’s which is very impressive that it is still around.  This company has done high quality work for reasonable prices that can’t be beat.  I would high recommend this plumbing company for your future plumbing and home improvement needs.

This business has provided me with excellent service which included  revamping our bathroom, installing a water softener, replacing a water heater, and replacing pipes in our home. They are very professions and fast to get a job done!

They said they will be right back but didn't come back or call. I will call anther company tomorrow.

I have tried to make an appointment for weeks, and every time I call they tell me to call back at different times of the day which has been very inconvenient. Once i finally nailed down an appointment, I was stood up, and was told they would contact me to reschedule, which they never did. Never had such a hard time trying to give my business to a company. Very unprofessional and unreliable.

I wish I could give zero stars because that's how much work this company provided for me. I made an appointment with Joseph and Son for a leak in my basement and thought they were going to be a great company to have for the future. 

We had scheduled an appointment the following day only for them to never show up, never call, and completely ignore our leak and problem. 

My wife took a day off so this issue could get addressed and they completely screwed us in literally time and money not to mention the leak is still occurring. 

When I called to ask what the happened, they were very rude. Their reasoning for never showing up was due to their company not having a working vehicle. 

I understand that cars break and sometimes things happen but their lack of communication is inexcusable. I had to call them for an update and when we finally reached them I was treated very rudely. His response when I asked what happened was "Am I supposed to walk over there". 

I wound never recommend  this company to anyone. I can't even compliment on their service because they never showed. An unreal experience so take my advice and don't use these plumbers unless of course you want your plumbing issues to persist.
