I am highly satisfied with the service I received from Brown's Plumbing and Drain Service.  Vincent was very professional on the phone and gave me a reasonable quote, and Steve did a good job on the repair.  My repair had to happen on two days because it needed some particular parts that weren't available at stores in my area, so I paid a deposit one day and the rest of the amount the second day.  I paid by check, and the receipts were all written up on company-specific carbon copy paper in my house in my presence.  The plumber who came to work on my house, Steve, was polite and knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions.  He didn't mind that I watched the work being done and that I asked him a lot of questions about how the plumbing worked in my house.  He was very helpful and made sure the job was done right.

I called this company(Brown's Plumbing and Drain Cleaning Service ) for a leak fix in my bathroom. An African American guy came to give me an estimate, asked for $98 service charges after looking into my fix. I gave him $100 cash, he told me he will go in his van and write me a receipt of payment, he didn't' give me any receipt, took $100 and disappeared. I called repeatedly to this company, they never picked up my phone (since they knew my number). I am thinking to press charges in minor claims court.
