Emerald is my new plumber!  I called Emerald Plumbing to take a look at a tankless water heater I'd been having trouble with.  My usual plumber was unfamiliar with the brand I had.  When I asked Emerald if they were familiar with my brand, they said they were and that they'd be happy to look at it.  Even though I said my repair wasn't an emergency, Emerald dispatched an expert within an hour or two of my call.  Rod--who was truly an expert--was friendly and professional.  He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the solution.  All in all, the repair took about an hour.  When it was complete, Rod offered me some recommendations for the future.  I thought the price was very fair for the complexity of the item that required service and for Rod's time and expertise.  Emerald will be my first call for any future plumbing needs.

Been doing business with them since 2012. They are fair, and have a quick turnaround. I would recommend them to anyone! Never had any problems with their work.

stars... tech came out and face timed the owner they looked at my septic tank and said they could come out the next day and pump and jet the line bc there could be a blockage. I said ok that's fine no biggie I did not realize that wife worked the next day I called them back and asked for next available day. They said that was fine. The day that I was supposed to have my appt they called 30 min into my window and told me they would not be able to get to me cause the tech had a emergency I said ok that's fine I'm in the hvac trade so I could relate but then she said that he is the only one that can do this job. Ok that doesn't sound right but whatever. So my next date was almost a week later... meanwhile my septic is overflowing into my back yard! My next appt date comes up and they cancel again using the same excuse.. ok what is going on I asked to speak to a manager she said she will pass message along never get a call. They call back next day to reschedule I said ok what day they said Friday or Saturday I ask for Saturday cause I'll be home they call back a hour later saying they are completely booked for both days!... why did you call and schedule me if you were booked she did not have anything but excuses and then told me I would have to pay additional 150 for Saturday after all the bs they put me through no thanks tell the manager if he wants to act like a manager to call me and give me some sort of explanation why they can't get to my house and why their customer service is so terrible. No thanks cancel I will try and get another company out here. If you have issues I wouldn't call this company customer service is horrible the lady that answers the phone is lost at all times my mind not worth the trouble or money .
