I didn't understand how good veggie burgers could be til I went to elevation burger. The only elevation burgers that I know of are in Maine. It's nice to have fast food places like elevation burger to go to as a vegan or vegetarian. Although I don't always agree with their company views, they have good burgers. Fries are mediocre - good. The wait can be a bit long especially on Mondays when they usually serve free fries with every meal. Price is good. They also ask your name and bring you your food so be ready for that.

Consistently good burgers. Fries can be a lil salty but not bad. Plan on dropping $15 or more per person. Clean place with friendly people.

This is for this specific store, not the chain overall (the Augusta store staff has always been awesome. I've come here a decent amount of times because I enjoy the food, and they have a discount on the burg get on Tuesday evenings. The food is overall good, a little overpriced but not enough to keep me from coming. The problem with this location is the staff. Usually the people are nice, and sometimes, like today with Stephanie, the service was absolutely rude and apparently incompetent, as despite asking us if we wanted it to go, it came out as a sit in order. When we ordered, I was treated with a huge attitude for requesting extra pickles on my burger and on the side, something I do every time I eat here. This is because the pickles are the only thing my boyfriend, who struggles with anorexia and several food allergies, can eat there. This time I asked if there was a way to buy a larger portion of them, and was told no, and then when proceeding with my standard order was told I couldn't get my usual pickles on burger and on the side, only one or the other. She was incredibly rude to my partner's mother as well, when she ordered, and practically threw the chicken tenders at the girls who had ordered before us when it was ready. Her attitude was so off-putting that I actually moved so I could watch the kitchen, because I was worried she would mess with our food, and that is something I have never felt the need to do before, especially not at Elevation Burger!! After that, I didn't feel comfortable eating the food, ended up throwing away my burger after the first few bites. For me, service is everything. I doubt I'll be back to this location after that, I'll stick with Augusta because Mel and Heather are awesome and super nice. The fry cook in the back (guy) was nice enough to fix our order up to go, and fix my side of pickles which had mayonnaise all over, and my partner's mothers side which was missing completely. He is the only reason they got two stars instead of one.

On a slow Sunday afternoon (I watched 3-4 staff idling around) I waited 3minutes at the drive thru window before I was acknowledged and to pay. "$9.15" is all he said before I waited another 10 minutes for my order. But when the order arrived - the golden French fries were the most delicious I've ever tasted as was the cheese burger. Definitely worth the wait. Quite a wait for a drive thru but not that Long a wait if you were waiting at a sit down restaurant.
