My daughter spilled milk in my car and it's smelled awful! The receptionist is so informative and they are so accommodating. They were able to get my car in the next day and finish the entire interior in a few hours. The interior is so clean and the milk smell is gone! Thank you Elite Auto Salon!

They promised to finish at 4 pm, but when I was there to pick up my car I had to wait extra 2 hours. Asked to wash car seats, but they are dirty, they don't know how to wash water marks. Also asked to wash car ceilings - it is dirty too. I had a lot of stress in this place. I would never choose this place again! They were arguing with me, receptionist was lying. The owner told me they are working 20 or 25 years (I don't remember), but in my opinion it is not enough for them and it does not guarantee the quality. They just want to take your money, they don't care about the quality. As a proof I can provide a pictures of my car seats. All the negative reviews are TRUE!

I made a bit of an "emergency" stop one day in April or May after a friend's elderly grandmother accidentally soiled my front passenger seat. (Truth be told, my car usually smelled after running her errands with her. So it was only the next day - when the smell was STILL present - that I realized there was a problem.) 

The owner, Dallas, was busy out front working on another car with two of his crew members, so I went in and asked the secretary for a bit more info on their cleaning services.  When Dallas made a quick run inside, the secretary flagged him down and explained my situation. Dallas didn't even hesitate to stop what he was doing in order to come check out and clean my car seat for me. Very nice guy.

He warned me that he could only do so much, given the timeframe. But it was a noticable improvement and I never got any complaints from anyone else riding in my car, so I really don't think I could have asked for more.

This story is long enough already, but there were a good handful of things that made it very clear this place was worth returning to. Try it out.
