I cannot think of a business of any kind where I have received worse customer service. The employee was cursing under his breath at my friend for asking for the sale price that was posted. Was told that he can't apply discounts, only the manager can and he isn't here. Then why is there a big sign? My friend much nicer than I would have been, and the employee still cursed him out under his breath. I stood there staring at with an astonished look on my face and he just looked at me and said what? Refuse to ever go back

The workers are nice but they do not keep food/snack or drink items consistently stocked. They're out of many things more days than not. Today so many shelves were empty I almost asked if they were going out of business.

Terrible litter problem behind this gas station, mostly plastic bags and other fast food paraphernalia.  The litter blows back onto County property and into Sweetwater creek.  It reflects badly on the town homes and apartment complex directly behind the gas station.  It would be a good business move if Shell station management would have someone clean up the scattered trash behind the station periodically.  Thank you.
