I got my car washed, and Mister Car Wash has changed the process. Now, there is no menu of services from which to choose, you are handed a placard and you choose from it. The placard is extremely confusing and hard to understand. You pay on the spot when you leave your car. There is no one inside the building to take your money. It was a little creepy, walking through the 90% empty building to where the waiting area was. There used to be all kinds of things for sale inside and now it's just kind of empty. The carwash was fine, and the employees were extremely friendly and helpful. Perhaps the only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the experience was so different than what I am used to. Maybe that's not their fault, maybe it's just me. Overall, I think it's still a fine place to get a car wash.

I love Mister car wash.  Normally I visit The one on Dale Mabry  near Waters and sometimes by 275 due to their full service.  My car is always clean and smells great. I have never had an issue with scratches or damage to my car.  I opted for the affordable monthly service plan; I frequent at minimum once per week.  The one in Clearwater is express only.

Need to work on detailing my car better. They always forget to do something. Need to bring back conditioning package for cars ($15.99). Mister Carwash now wants customers to pay for a full detail just to get conditioning in your car done which starts at $75.00 & up...highway robbery

U can relax while ur car is being taken care of. Free popcorn n coffee make it even better. Good overall service.

The tools for success are present at this car wash, but there is very poor execution. The employee all seem overworked and or not bought in to their company. My wash would have been perfect if they would have taken the time to complete the basics like drying the car off completely. Management needs to intervene and either motivate their team, find new team members, or give their current team members adequate help. Mister car wash is sitting on a gold mine. They just need to execute the basics.
