Just finished my second 6 week challenge and lost 51 pounds! The workouts were very challenging at first but I had an awesome trainer that really helped me out a lot.  The workouts do get a little easier but there is always the option to add more weight or whatever you need to do to keep it difficult as well.  There were new workouts every day which kept it fun.  The diet was pretty strict but really helped keep me in line!  It is a great way to see the results a little more quickly.  Overall I think it's a great program that anyone can do regardless of your current fitness level.  Very glad I did it, would definitely recommend to anyone!

I just finished my 6 week challenge at the Elite Edge Transformation Center in Ankeny and lost almost 27 pounds.  I had looked at other gyms in the area before deciding to try Elite Edge, and I'm very happy I chose them.  The coaches Adam and Scott are fantastic.  They take the time during class to get to know each person.  They also do a great job of explaining the daily workout, showing the proper way of doing it.  They are also very supportive of everyone regardless of their fitness level, and they make the classes fun and interesting. I would highly recommend Elite Edge to anyone.

Elite Edge 6 week challenge has by far exceeded my expectations, going into my challenge I wasn't really sure what to think or what to expect I just knew I was ready to make positive changes in my life.  I have joined other gyms in the past and tried other diets but have failed them all pretty fast but Elite kept me motivated.  The coaches are amazing and encouraged me to to give every workout my all. 

The meal plan is simple and easy to follow especially since I'm a busy working mother always on the go. 

Thanks to Elite Edge I am down 22 pounds in Just 6 weeks I am so happy with my results,  I could could not have done it without them.

I recently completed the 6 week challenge and cannot say enough great things about this gym. I lost 20.2 lbs in the 6 weeks and have so much more energy than before I started. The eating plan, while restrictive, is very easy to follow. The workouts are tough but are never intimidating as there are people of all fitness levels participating. It is a very fun and team-like environment with everyone encouraging others to hit their goals. I met several people also on the challenge and it was fun to discuss progress throughout the 6 weeks. I started noticing results at the end of the first week and couldn't believe how much muscle i gained and how much body fat and inches I lost in only 6 weeks. Adam Hardy is a great coach and checked on my progress weekly, and also gave me some tips towards the end to ensure I hit my goal. I joined the gym full time as I now love going to the 5am class to start my day. If you are thinking of signing up for the challenge do it-you won't believe how much 6 weeks will change you.

My second 6 week challenge is in the books! I dropped 62 pounds! The 6 week program was fantastic! I had great support, coaches, and trainers! I met some new friends from they boot camp classes. Thanks to everyone who helped support me in my journey. I am within reach of my goal and am eagerly looking forward to meeting my goal and staying with it!
