I’ve been a customer of Elite since I purchased my home in 2010, and I have always received the best service for all of my plumbing and HVAC units. The technicians are on time and courteous and the pricing is more than competitive. I’m proud to say that my master plumber “Pete” is the best in the business. I would be lost without him! In addition, the office staff has always been helpful and professional. Great job!

Elite phoned to see if the tech could arrive early. That was fine. He arrived as scheduled and performed his work quickly and explained some new features the company was offering. We set up next year’s scheduled maintenance so everything will be ready. I have been using Elite for 9 years now and have no intention of changing at this point. I am very happy with their service and prices.

We have used Elite for several years now not only for HVAC assistance but also for plumbing issue. Everyone who we have made contact with, whether it be the office staff or the technicians, are courteous and knowledgeable. If we had anything negative to share, it would be at times different technicians have given us different opinions of the condition of our systems. As in most cases with just about anything, those who were negative were trying to get us to spend money and in this case by replacing the units. However, we never took offense and would recommend Elite with no problem.

Great service. On time and very friendly and knowledgeable service techs. Prices were fair also. Been using this company for three years. Installed a new A/C and Heater as well as seasonal maintenance. Looks like I found a AC / Heater company I trust and can count on.
