Had a semi-urgent toilet issue and they sent Trey over the next day. He showed up on time and fixed 2 of our toilets. He was kind and courteous explaining all the options breaking down the costs for us. Excellent experience and we will be calling Jack Dish the next time we have a plumbing issue.

Bought a new water heater from them and once he was about finished installing it I saw a nice dent on the side of it. I asked the installer, "did it come that way out of the box?" He said yes it came that way. No discount was offered and he didn't seem like it was a big deal. I should've said I wanted a different one but I needed hot water.

HORRIBLE!! Showed up to install a PRV. He walked around my home 3 times, didn't trip over the main water line (couldn't find it), stated he didn't have the tools to do the job, and gave me bill for $50. I'm thinking, he's a plumber that can't find the water line to my home. When I told him $50 seemed a little much for nothing, he argued with me for 20 minutes saying the $50 is for the "service" call, and was doing me a favor by dropping the price from the usual $110. I'm still confused to what "service" he gave me. Paid him $50 to leave. What an unprofessional hack. If your job isn't "easy money", don't call Jack, he'll charge you even if he can't do the plumbing work. Called Pure Plumbing, they give FREE (not $50) estimates.

Friendly scheduler Erin found time in a busy holiday week to schedule a water heater replacement and installation of a recirculating pump. Dan came on time and quickly performed the work. He was friendly and informative and efficient. I was very satisfied with his work. I have used Jack Dish Plumbing before and always have received excellent service!

Great Family run company! They will not mislead you and offer good sound advice on how to fix things properly. I have used them several times and it has been great!!!
