I have used elite travel every time I have traveled. They have always gone out of their way to ensure safe and precise arrangements. Carolyn has even helped me acquire some needed personal garments when out of the country. I really appreciate the agency being so thoughtful and thorough as to making sure everything was correct and at the best prices available. They have guided me when I was anxious about leaving, walked me through everything I would need and or want. They were kind and have gone above and beyond.  I would recommend elite travel to all who want to get away either for business or pleasure.

Elite Travel Inc. & Cruise has been my "go-to" travel agency for over 20 years.  My family has wonderful memories from well planned vacations to Walt Disney World, Las Vegas, Hawaii and the Dominican Republic.  I have  always been treated with kindness and  respect. The employees are friendly and fun. This is definately a 5 star company!  There is so much to love about the Elite Travel Family, I am excited to plan our next big adventure.

I have booked many many trips with Elite Travel over the past 20 years and have never had a bad experience.  We usually never have problems on our trips but once while we were in Charleston SC, in a torrential storm and while the city was being flooded, our flight was delayed due to the fact that they were waiting for a replacement part.  I called Shannon and she got us on another flight and also got us a voucher from the airline for our trouble.  I assure you we tried to do this all on our own, but Shannon got the job done and my Mom made it home for her 80th Birthday party! They have always given us the essential information that we need. They provide me with +1 customer service every time!

Carolyn and her team of travel professionals helped me plan a wonderful weekend getaway !!  Everything went smooth and they even checked on me afterwards to see how we enjoyed our trip !!  This team cares about their clients and follows through !! I highly recommend them !!
