This is my second visit to Elle Nails. My first visit I took a chance and got my eyebrows waxed. They were perfect. The second time around. I explained that I wanted to clean them up, follow the shape that was already outlined and maintain as much thickness as possible. The technician completely changed the shape and took off a significant amount of hair at the top of my brow. After expressing my disdain I came to know that she was unclear of what "clean up" meant. I am beyond angry with her. Why not stop and clarify? Why not ask me to explain more? That small step would have prevented this. Mind you this appointment was at 10am on a Thursday morning. No reason for the lack of care. I hope this helps anyone choosing to come here.

I love this place. The only place that doesn't mess up my eye brows and they are hard working people.

After being a client for over 2 years, I have no complaints about this great spot!! Service is detailed and on point, price is very fair, place is very clean and very well kept; if I'm ever in a hurry, they can do my gel nails & toes in about 35min, 3 coats!!! The repeater card is a must! Lover this place!!

I told the associate what I wanted but wasn't sure what it was called. I never get my nails done but had to for a wedding. Instead of helping me she just assumed what I wanted and got started. I asked for fake nails with red tips and she started painting my real nails. Ended up being moved to a other table and ended up getting charged for everything they did even though it was not what I wanted. They never even did what I asked for. I had a full set of crooked all red nails when I left. Very disappointed. To avoid confusion you should have better customer service.

Amazing place to get your mani and pedi and the owner does eye brow waxing the best here. Great place and very affordable. I have been going here for years.
