Been here quite a few times and they usually do a good job. Yesterday was the worst haircut and experience I ever had in my life. I'll spare naming the person, but she starts with the clippers and forcefully jams the edge of the guard into my head a few times, and keeps applying huge pressure while running the clippers along my head. Felt like someone was raking my scalp.... Apparently she didn't get the memo that you don't need to bench press the clippers into someone's head for them to work.

Then she move to trimming the top. She only made about 12 total cuts and completely neglected my left side. So one side is trimmed, the other isn't.... At this point I just want to get out of there and see if I can fix it at home. Get to my car, check it out more carefully and realize that she gave me a haircut that makes me look like I'm a teenage emo punk rocker. At least they gave me a refund. 

I get that getting your haircut at places like this are hit and miss, but this was another level of awful. I can accept a not-so great haircut every once in a while, but not if I have to experience physical pain in the process. It seemed like she was rushing as much as she possibly could to get me out of the door, and the quality suffered a huge amount because of it.

Reasonable price. Sometimes you get a good cut. But not today.

Also there online check-in should allow you to check-in ten or fifteen minutes before the store opens. The site does not even provide feedback as to why the check-in did not work. Further store employees say they can't control the application. One star for the corporate headquarters not giving employees local control.

We like Kelli here.  My son gets his hair cut here regularly.  You get cuts for less when you go in within their first hour of being open OR the last hour of the night (8:00 pm -9:00pm) before closing.
