The first time I went there the service was great. I went there today as any satisfied customer would do but I was so disappointed. First of all, I told the lady I wanted to remove the acrylics nails that I had and have a gel polish. She said yes and began the service. However, as soon as another customer came in , she told me that I never told her I wanted a gel polish , therefore, she had to take the new customer. I'm sorry fantastic nails salon but this is not how you treat customers. You sent your customers away because you are short-staffed. You just lost a customer.

So Amazing! I went to another nail place and they ripped my nail in half till it was bleeding, and I went to Fantastic Nails to get it fixed and the lady was SO SWEET! She was gentle with my nails and took her time! I live in Covington and I will be driving back to see them! Thanks!!!

Went for the first time today and left more than satisfied with the mani/pedi service I received. My nail technician took a full hour with me and was very careful and gentle with my toes and hands. I strongly recommend them and will definitely be back!

Worst place ever! Worst customer service and they don’t care about their customers at all. I would never recommend this place to anyone on earth! I do not like giving one star reviews to any business cause mistakes happen and I would not want my one review to effect their business cause of either their employees or just 1 mistake but these people don’t even deserve 1 star review.

Drove 30 minutes to get to them and even called them 10 minutes before getting there to let them know that I'll be there. Their closing time is 7:30PM, I'm standing in front of their door at 6:58PM and they closed right in front of me. When I told them I needed to do my nails, they asked me 'so what do you want me to do'. Worst place ever!
