I can't begin to say enough good things about this place. Dan and his team make you feel very welcomed from the moment you walk into the building. Their communication skills on educating the consumers on each product you wish/need to buy is outstanding. Kory has worked with me many times on purchasing gifts for not only myself but others. His knowledge is endless, and his talent for finding unique pieces is simply memorizing. The items you will find here are very unique, and not something easily found in everyone's catalog. I've received countless compliments on each piece I have obtained from here. If you wish to be truly happy with your jewelry shopping experience... Look no further.

Ellis Jewelers has been my jeweler of choice for more than 10 years.  I have dealt with Dan and his staff for many different types of transactions; in-store purchases, on-line orders, repairs, as well as custom made pieces.  No purchase is too small or too big, Dan and his staff always make me feel comfortable.  Elaina always takes the time to understand what I am looking for and always goes out of her way to complete my purchase.  I highly recommend Ellis Jewelers!

I don't think you can beat the quality, price, and customer service at Ellis Jewelers! I had 2 custom wedding bands made. First of all I had gone to Jared thinking they would have competitive prices and hopefully good customer service. Service was fine but the price was outrageous! I needed to shop around and saw Ellis was a locally owned store with good reviews. I called ahead for an appt which I think is a good idea so they can expect you and have an idea what you're looking for. Elaina assisted me first. She really took the time to ask me questions regarding my jewelry but also to get to know me a bit on a personal level. Dan the owner was there also and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Their prices were very competitive with the big chain jewelers. The turn around time for my rings was longer than expected but it was because of a quality control issue--the ring created didn't meet their standards. Got my rings in probably 6 weeks (it was tough to be without my engagement ring that long but I think that turn around time on a custom piece is very good.) when I got them they were a quarter size too small! They got it taken care of asap. Was a great experience

It was the most Beautiful Blessing I could Experience!!!I was spiritually reconnected with my late husband and sweetest memories of our wedding day because of people that work in Ellis Jewelers. They were my Angels from Above that helped me to rejoice again in most precious pieces of jewelry that my late husband shared with me 13 years ago. Now it reconnected with me in a very blessed transformed ,beautiful way. Thank you very much for all your loving, caring, kind work you do to make needed souls happy again!!! May God continue blessing you and your families!!!!!

Dan and his team have been there for me and now my wife since the beginning. Dan took the time to help me pick the perfect engagement ring for the special day and later helped me and my wife design the perfect wedding band for our big day. We couldn't have had a better experience. Now we are approaching our first anniversary and Dan and his team have helped me once again to custom make something one of a kind for my wife that is truly special. They have earned a lifetime member and repeat customer at their business. I couldn't be happier with all they've done. Thank you!
