My fiancé and I went shopping around for a jeweler to set his mothers diamond in a ring for me... went to Terry and he beat a competitor by half the price! Since it wasn't custom it only took 2 weeks, which was awesome. All of the employees there were so nice (Ashton &a Terry especially). Trustworthy*** I'll be using them for all of my jewelry needs... I definitely recommend!!

Came in here with a friend to purchase a pandora charm.  The sales guy, Terry, seemed to be on a roll cracking jokes but also imparted a bit too personal information.  Like I really need to know you split your scrotum and are going in for surgery?  TMI!  I'm here to shop not for drama.  

Other than that, the shop was clean and had plenty of items on display.

Had the most awful experience here. got my engagement ring sized a week after i got it and it took a week then when i got it back a diamond had fallen out of it so i had to send it back in for 1-2 weeks and it has been there almost three weeks now. i have had my ring a total of two weeks since we bought it from the store the rest of the time it has been "getting fixed"

Customer service was horrible and rude. I was very disappointed with my experience at this location. Will not be going back.
