I have lived in this apartment for 3 years and it has gone downhill. My one bedroom is extremely spacious. However, they don’t keep apartments updated. Maintenece request take months to fill. There’s a new leasing manager every two weeks. Parking sucks (slim to none for the amount of tenants). They say they tow people without parking passes but they don’t. Everything is included with rent. Walls are kind of thin but most of the neighbors are pretty quiet anyway.

Kings Apartments are very nice and reasonably priced. They are spacious and close to campus. The helpful and attentive management make living here that much better. They fix any problems and address any concerns that arise in a reasonable timeframe. Definitely a great place with great people.

Embassy Apartments are a really a great place to live! The new management staff are super helpful, and really care about constantly improving the apartments! They also truly call back as soon as they can if there is ever an issue or question.

King apartments are great to live in. The management is super cooperative and helpful to talk to. The apartments are priced reasonable and they allow you plenty of freedom. Definitely a great place to rent!

Used to live in Embassy in a studio, it was great. Moved over to kings after my boyfriend moved in. We love it, and management was super helpful/organized when it was time for us to switch over our lease and everything.
