Wow, what a difference! Having have had the displeasure of dealing with the Miami branch of the embassy for Ecuador, I was entirely blown out of the water by the courteous attention and aid offered by the Washington DC branch! There is simply no comparison. Got the answers I needed over the phone and could even perceive a smile as they helped a client. If it was possible to grant a 6 start rating, I would provide it instead.

They were very helpful; by far the BEST Embassy as compared to others we have worked with.

They were not only helpful, as they are supposed to be, but She was courteous, prompt and KNEW what she was talking about.

We felt dismissed at another loction.

Excelente servicio consular ! Ojalá puedan ser autorizados a emitir pasaportes ya que ahora los piden a New Jersey o New York. Gracias por la rapidez y candidez del Sr Javier Pasaguay, quedo impresionado con su calidad de persona
