Worst experience I've ever had with an embassy and I've been traveling/living abroad for 22  years. Doesn't respond to emails or answer the phone unless you let it ring indefinitely. When you finally do get through, they are rude, impatient, unhelpful AND give you inaccurate information. They force you to email them rather than help you over the phone. The whole process communicating with this embassy is an utter nightmare. They still have my family's passports and money I sent for visas over a month ago. Will I ever see them again? No one can tell me anything.

I was in a predicament and needed help so called the embassy.   They couldn't help and told me to email.  I emailed and no answer.  I called back and they told me to email again and I told the, I emailed a week ago.  No answer.  Same process over and over and now they have my passport with no status on if I will get it back or not.  I was not given a transaction number to track it and may never receive my passport
