They never answer the phone. My passport was ready and they never mailed it until I had to go pick it up myself even though I paid extra to have it mailed.

Horrible service. The employee in charge of finger printing is out of town, and he is coming back after one month... so if you need to renew your Moroccan Id, I have to wait another month to get my finger printed.. or electronically taken... horrible system.. The second part, I called the embassy to complain... the embasaador was out of town... wow.... and NO ONE CAN HELP... Frustrating and sad at the same time

I tried all the options and choices, I dialed all the extensions I know but no answer. THE STAR IS NOT for the embassy BUT for the operator who picked up the phone and took the time to explain to me what to do (I dialed 0); An Indian man God bless him!

They never answer phone calls. I ve been trying to get hold of them since last year,,,,isn't that a joke? Well, this reflects exactly third world mentality,,,hardly working,,,,and God forbid you try and complain, they will make you feel like it's all your fault that you are here in the first place. Need to change this lousy and lazy Moroccan attitude if you wanna keep up with the rest of the world.

worst embassy and consulate ever !, they don't respect people who call ,if the consulate , no one offer to help you ,if you choose to talk in english they have people who barely can speak english , and if you choose to talk in arabic they have person who do not understand Arabic !, and they don,'t answer phone or email!, I applied for visa since june 2016 and still not getting my visa , people we are in the 21st century !! have respect to people who wants to have business with your embassy !
