Fantastic place to go if you want to be harassed and called a terrorist by people who are supposedly allies of the US. I attached two pictures, one is a member of embassy staff putting the US flag on the ground to wave his flag around with more zeal, and the other is a supporter of the embassy flashing a hand gesture used by the violent racist extremist terrorist group “Ülkü Ocakları/Grey Wolves”. Both incidents happened right in front of the embassy on the same day. Cross the street when you pass this place on Mass Ave. As they think they are allowed to beat American citizens on US soil, it’s only a matter of time till they start kidnapping them as well.

They worked tirelessly to finish all of our paperwork. Staff was very nice, knowledgeable and professional. The doors open at 9:30am and close at 1:00pm, but they see everyone that is already inside.

I needed to talk to education department about something they did not really have anything of the things I was asking for which I completely understand, however the lady I talked to on the phone was not kind to me with her deep authoritative and negative voice. Because I am a Turkish citizen who just started to live in D.C. have no any other Turkish consulate located in this region that I could ask my questions to ask for help. It was super disappointed! In case if one day they will need any type of help from me, my answer will be the one they gave me "I am sorry sir, there is nothing I can assist you with" PS: Btw she wasn't even this much polite

These people never work. Never answer questions and never pick up the phone. They’re no help at all. I don’t even know why they’re here. They have such bad manners on top of that.
