I enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was really good and had lots of selections. I do wish there were more tables available. The entire staff was helpful and friendly. The building is well kept and the room was clean.  It was totally worth the money! We will be back.

Got to the hotel and noticed
they were under construction. I spoke to a representative before arriving but was never told that they were renovating. Had I have known me and my family would've went elsewhere. I'm almost scared to even eat breakfast especially while being pregnant with all of the dust and etc in the air. I love Embassy but I think they should've let us know before purchasing a suite that they were indeed renovating the property before we had to travel hundreds of miles to get here and notice it ourselves. 😕

Its under construction, be prepared. Its not noisy though. There is a gym across the street you can use with your room key. My phone & AC didn't work in my room. The happy hour is great! Breakfast is great too. Staff was friendly.

The reason you 1 Star is bc I don’t have a choice. Came here from out of town to the interior totally under construction without any knowledge of it...but paying full price??!? No pool, no hot tub, No amenities! My kids have very severe asthma and they are being exposed to raw Sheetrock, tons of dust in the air and floor, painters painting everywhere so the smell is overwhelming. 1 slow working elevator...no stair access that we can find. Tried to enjoy the chips and drinks in hopes of trying to enjoy my stay...need to use the restroom and there isn’t one! Had to go all the way back to my room to use the bathroom. Tried calling cooperate but all I got was rude customer service! My family is paying for 4 rooms for multiple nights! Add that up...

First let me say, I’ve been to tons of Embassy Suites, so I know how the service should be. I have silver status with Hilton Honors. They are doing renovations in the lobby, which was fine, but be aware. Prior to arriving, I asked for extra pillows and towels. When we checked in, we were in line for over 30 mins....then we were given a card that our room was 546. After walking the 5th floor several times looking for 546, we realized the rooms only go to 530...we went back downstairs to get the correct room number. Guess what, when we got back up stairs again, the key didn’t work! I went back down to get the key to work. The room was very nice, which is why I gave 2 Stars. No extra towels or pillows in the room as requested. We had to call 2 times before it was brought up to our room. The security guy brought it up with an attitude. Almost throwing the stuff at us, saying “You got it?!?” The evening reception staff was very nice as well. I would suggest you train staff appropriately and ask them to treat guests with courtesy.
