The rooms were what you would expect from Embassy. Clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We were there for a wedding so there were several guests staying across 2 floors. Everything was good as far as the room and breakfast are concerned. There were a couple of shortcomings with the service at our event but to my knowledge most of those were resolved. For the room and service this is a good place to stay.

It has a wonderful ambience. A very lofty atrium in which you can enjoy a great breakfast buffet with omelets and such. And the room I stayed in via Priceline had a tasteful mountain/countryside style decor; it almost felt like being at a national park lodge. Top that off with a complimentary happy hour with free booze and treats and an enclosed saltwater pool/spa, hot showers, nice linens, etc; it exceeded all my expectations. Great place for families.

The ground floor lobby is impressive and gave us great expectations for what our room would be like. Boy were we wrong. Besides the dated look of the rooms which wasn’t a big deal, The shower that I was looking forward to after a day out shopping had absolutely no hot water. Not even warm water. We paid extra for one of the 12 floor penthouse suite with a balcony because my wife and I brought wine back to the room and were planning on sitting on the balcony to enjoy our evening and our wine. Well the balcony, it’s chairs and table were covered in so much bird poop that it couldn’t be used. As soon as you opened the balcony door you could smell the stench of the patio. It came time to go to bed and the bed was horribly uncomfortable. My kids toddler bed has a better quality mattress. After a terrible nights sleep I woke to give the shower another shot and still no hot water. Very disappointed in our stay.

It's the little things that make a good hotel a great hotel. This is NOT a great hotel. Things of comfort are important, such as a good mattress, soft towels, and enough hot water to finish a shower. I experienced the worst 3 nights of little sleep due to a poor mattress. Room towels we're so rough and hard. A little fabric softener could have gone a long way. The hotel facilities cannot handle a capacity occupancy. Each morning I experienced little to no hot water. For the cost per night of a room here, one would expect these few comforts. While breakfast each morning was included in costs, it was mediocre at best. If you are looking to book a convention in seminar here, I recommend looking elsewhere.

Payed 310 dollars for a room with two beds light in the bathroom was iffy. The pool was disgusting the hot tub looked like it hasnt been filtered in weeks. Called and ask for and extra blanket got one with holes in it. Asked the night staff lady about the bar she assured me it was about to close.. came out my room and hour later they was still serving drinks. The night lady was horrible. Moral of the story is I'm completely unimpressed. And if you pay three hundred for a room everything should work and be clean. I can't wait to talk to a manager or cooperate
