This is NOT the place we got our visas to Finland that's handled by the subcontracted VFS service near Angel but this is a FANTASTIC place with great smiley customer service and stone cold efficiency.
The online service for appointment bookings is terrible. I'm sure it wasn't this complicated before.

During the WW2, Finland were on the German's side. The country seems to be going back to the same ideology. Such a shame.
More than excellent, all staff here are very friendly and supportive. I was supposed to come there to pick up my paper, however, I was delayed by the immigration process at the airport and couldn't come earlier. However, the embassy understanded my situation and waited for me until 6:30pm while their working time already passed. When I came, they welcomed me with wonderful smiles. Thanks all of you so much. I extremely appreciate their help. Without this support, I can't start my project on time as well as cost a lot of money because of changing flight, schedules, ect.
They answer emails so fast and are so helpful to give you information about anything you need. They process all applications for everything very fast and efficiently both my husband schengen visas and my lost/expired/changed passports and if there is a que there is max 1 or 2 people ahead of me ever. When we voted for president there were even cakes served at the embassy and we felt like a little community and had a good time despite voting for different presidents :
I visited twice in the last month. The ladies are lovely, helpful and knowledgeable. I also had a fast response by email and great guidance on the phone. Excellent.
