Condition and amenities are average and location is great. Rating as one star because my room was located next the main road. I checked in rather late and was really looking forward to some sleep. From 4:30 am on all I could here was the sound of cars and trucks. I think the biggest driver for such a low rating is that sitting on the counter between me and the gentleman checking me out was a sign that read: “if you’re not happy with your stay, let us know and we’ll make it right.” When I explained that my friends who stayed there that same night had paid $80 less for the same room type he said yeah that’s good deal and handed me my receipt. Solid. Overall the place is fine but for the price point there are definitely better options in the area. Shop around and do not settle for full price for this place.

This was the worst Embassy Suites I have ever stayed at. It started when we checked in and went downhill from there. The room I checked into online was no longer available. Really.... I paid extra for a room on the top floor as I was told it was the most quite. The room was on the 4th floor - but overlooked the pool. The noise from the pool just echoed in the room. On top of it - the air conditioner was so noisy - we couldn't use it. It took 4 calls and 3 days for them to fix it. They did comp us one night stay - but I am still not happy. Did I mention noisy! Kids in the pool and running down the hallways after 10:00 pm quite hours. Many phone call to get that to stop. Ordered room service - they delivered half of the order. Forgot the rest - and didn't bring it until I called to ask where it was. I will never stay here again and would not recommend to anyone! I booked this hotel based on the good reviews. I am very sorry I did. Worst 4 night stay in a hotel I have ever had. I was so....happy to leave!

The hotel is perfect for people who just want to breathe in the hot desert air. With two pools and a Jacuzzi, it is a great place for relaxation. The tennis court is not a real one though. Despite it's look, the material underneath is rubber like making the court bounce die. Elevators are slow, but the complimentary breakfast is great. Plenty of restaurants in the nearby Scottsdale area. Rooms are clean and be aware of water instantly hitting you in the face once you start the shower. There is no delay. Finally, the parking is limited in the front, so you have to go to the additional parking in the back. Plenty of sports teams stay here, so be prepared to see large buses leaving and entering and blocking parking. In all, if you want to sit back or adventure, this is where you should stay.

It is definitely an older building, and I would say a complex of buildings, in Scottsdale. Not quite what I expected. Parking was difficult lots of valet. There were signs pointing out the conference rooms Etc, but because this was probably an old apartment complex it's been turned into a hotel, I really was still confused after reading the signs, meaning I still couldn't find where I was going. Also there were no signs pointing us two bathrooms that were available in the event that we weren't actually a guest. I have stated many Embassy Suites, and I generally love that hotel. But this one was more than a little disappointing and its age and difficulty of navigating through all the different buildings Etc. On the upside, the hotel staff was very courteous and the public bathrooms are very clean, as was everything I saw while I was there.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay for my family of 4. The pool was large and heated. Kids had a great time in the pool and wife and I enjoyed the jacuzzi. Snacks from 1730 to 1930 was a nice amenity. Staff was very friendly and polite. Rooms were clean, as were the grounds. Sofa bed was a bit lumpy; I could feel the springs underneath me. Pillows were mushy. We were so tired from hiking that it really didn't matter. Breakfast was delicious! 4 stars out of 5.
