I had a good experience with the maintenance staff here. I had an issue with the heat as the weather had turned cold. I called the front desk, and the maintenance staff arrived within a minute of my call. He fixed the issue in a short period of time, and the heat worked well after he left. All around, a nice place to stay. Pool looks nice, good hotel bar and restaurant, and the rooms are clean.

DO NOT BE DECEIVED. Dark and dingy. Stay somewhere else. For the price ($239/night) we were robbed. The carpet, pull out couch, and room furniture are old and worn (got a splinter from wiping down a desk in the room). Would not recommend the pull out couch to sleep someone over the weight of 110lbs. No need for an alarm clock, the housekeeping carts going up and down the hallways suffice just fine at ALL hours of the day starting at 6:00AM till around 8:00 PM. The rooms have a slight wet towel smell, and air circulation is not good. Housekeeping leaves food trays in the rooms and only picks up trash bins, makes beds, and replaces towels. If you stay here it will be for the breakfast buffet, mainly the made to order omelets. The pictures show a nice reception are and lobby which is true but that is the only thing nice about the hotel. The rooms are in outdoor hallways with no security to get in or out of the facility.

Nice to have a separate bedroom and sleeper sofa. There is a small refrigerator and microwave and bar sink. The bathroom has a tub and shower, single sink, hair dryer and Neutrogena products. Bedroom has king size bed, TV, safe, double closet, dresser and minimal lighting. Living area has sleeper sofa, TV with storage under the stand and again minimal lighting. There is cook to order breakfast that is very good. Lots of choices. Omelette and french toast are good choices. Lots of fruit, bagels, cereals, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, muffins, and oatmeal. Something for everyone. Pool is nice, but wasn't working two days during our stay and that was a big disappointment. Evening reception was cocktails and snacks like pretzels, popcorn, and goldfish. One night there were vegetables. They should offer more than just salty snacks. Would stay again. Comfortable and safe.

The rooms were quite nice. The local cotton tail bunnies living on the premise were extremely cute. The breakfast buffet had lots of delicious options. THE HOME MADE SALSA WAS AMAZING! Special thanks to the chef for giving me the recipe. My only minor complaint would be the 9 PM Macro Polo competition in swimming pool under my room.

I stayed at this hotel during a company training. They provided great food and drinks. The wait staff was very rude, mostly just the lady serving drinks and our food throughout the day, as well as the cleaning staff. The first night our bathtub was clogged and the shower could've used a better cleaning. The next morning we tried informing the cleaning staff about our tub being clogged, but all we got was a dirty look. We then told the front desk, who were always polite and friendly, but we had to tell them twice because it was not fixed the first time. The second night we had no hot water and had to take a cold shower. We figured it might be because everyone was showering at the same time, but our co-workers said they had no hot water either and it was like that the next morning, too. Our room faced the highway 60, so it was pretty loud. If you're a light sleeper, this will be a big issue for you, so make sure your room faces away from the highway. Our co-workers complained about the pillows being horrible. They said the pillows were flat and pretty much felt like they would have rather slept without them. I liked the pillows, but the others did say their pillows were all different sizes. Mine were all the same size and I slept great on them. I may have lucked out and had the better pillows in my room. Also the safe in our room didn't work. It was left open but the lock was activated, so I couldn't unlock it to use it. One of the other guests told me I had to pay to use it so I had to carry around my purse to my training classes (I think I was given false information on the safe). Overall, I would NOT recommend this hotel if you're looking for luxury, a nice room, or friendly staff. If you're willing to pay this price strictly for the free happy hour drinks and breakfast, then it may be worth it to you.
