Story

Embers Grill and Fireplace Store is local, family owned business that serves the Brentwood, Franklin, Nashville and surrounding areas for outdoor kitchens, gas grills, Big Green Egg, fireplaces, fire pits, gas logs, outdoor furniture, outdoor heating, and more. Embers opened in May 2003 in Brentwood, TN; however, this family owned business reaches back over 50 years serving customers with propane gas and retail.

Embers seeks to provide great customer service and premium line products from custom design services of outdoor kitchens, to installation of appliances, grills and fireplaces, to technical service to those items if ever needed.

With both indoor and outdoor showrooms, a variety of products are available to see.

We have been to this store many times over the years.  Crystal has always been knowledgeable, helpful and patient.  It literally took us a couple of years to decide what we wanted to do as we were trying to decide between a built in outdoor kitchen or something less expensive.  They were not pushy through the process.  Not only did Crystal know about the products, most of their team does as well.  An exception may be someone working the register.  This is a family run small business, so you will get more personal attention than at a larger store.

This place delivers which was very helpful so we didn't have to worry about transporting and setup.  The gentlemen that delivered were professional and friendly.  We had a very minor issue which was addressed quickly and without a hassle.  It required them to come back out and the gentlemen that delivered had great customer service each time.

I have seen their work as part of a large outdoor kitchen setup.  They do quality work.
I have recommended them to friends and co-workers.

Embers Grill and Fireplace exceeded our expectations. We bought a BGE here and they were great to show us how to use it, maintain it, and offer helpful hints and recipes along the way of using it. Their service team is also top notch, super quick to respond and very professional. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would recommend Embers to anyone in the market for grills, outdoor kitchens, or outdoor entertaining supplies.

My family has been a customer of Embers for several years. They are a one stop shop for all things grilling and outdoor entertaining. Many of our purchases have been for smaller items, like meat rubs and accessories; however, the service is always top notch. Ask for Crystal. She knows her stuff.

We loved our experience shopping at Embers. We've been in multiple times and Zach, Crystal and the other staff are always eager to meet our needs and show us around. Would recommend this to anyone looking for outdoor entertaining and grilling needs.

This place is fantastic! A one-stop-shop for ALL outdoor living needs, including many, many grill options,  Big Green Egg,  fire pits, and much more. Terrific store and top notch customer service.
