How does this sound for customer service. My husband and I bought shoes and shirts and got home and our shirts didn't fit. So, two days later we go back to the store with our receipt to swap out our shirts for another size (same shirt, different size). We gave the cashier the receipt and she says one shirt isn't on there. I said, we got all this together- two days ago- told her the name of the cashier (who was working that day), which register we checked out, said we signed up for the Nike reward program and had the credit card we paid for- the manager came over and was so rude to us. Acted like we stole the item because it wasn't on this receipt and not in there system and that we had to re-purchase the shirt that we brought in! 
So, I told them the day we bought the original items- we put the items on the counter, watched her use the scanner, she gave us a final price. We paid and she put the items in a bag. 
So, we could have a) told them it was on another receipt or we lost the receipt which would have been a lie and they would have returned the shirt for another size. Or we could have b) told the truth which we did and we got treated like criminals and accused of stealing. We don't want anything for free so we purchased the  shirt, but the manager at this location should have never blamed us or acted like it was our fault when it was apparently the employee's fault for not double checking her scanner with our items purchased.
We will never be back to this store!!!!

First and last visit. ZERO STARS. NO HELP from the 8-10 employees. NOT ONE WORD. I guess I'm invisible, because one guy asked a woman standing 10 ft from me, twice. He walked by me atleast 4 times. Multiple employees saw me and walked by me. I'm so tired of no customer service in these darn stores! And I can't believe how LAZY people are these days! It's shocking!!

It didnt have as much stuff as i expected it too.... other nike stores have better things
