I have, sadly, had to use pharmacies for the last 35 years after too many surgeries and arthritis issues. This pharmacy staff has gone out of their way many times to move the mountain with doctor offices and health insurance companies to make sure that I have been professionally serviced. Every single time, 2-3 times a week, the staff is polite, kind, prompt and helpful when needed. In addition the folks that handle check out seem to be some of the most well trained , service oriented staff of their kind I've ever run into. Kudos to leadership. Walgreens in a chain that feels like a family run store.

I want to shop here as they are less than a mile from my home. I switched to them when they opened maybe 8 years ago. They have yet to get my prescriptions filled without problems usually trying to blame my Dr. for their mistakes. They fill generics when I request brands, inevitably can't fill or mess up in filling quantities, are the most inefficient I've ever encountered in any business (& I have run Fortune 500 Companies). I rarely get out of there at the window in less than 15 minutes. Everyone apologizes, but the errors and lethargy to correct. The staff gets worse, not better. The good ones leave. PS-I spend around $30,000. in Rx's with them annually. Seems, somebody should care? G

Terrible. They never got my prescription correct, always had an issue with the prescription, or would tell me they would have it filled by xtime but when I would return at said they would tell me they were out. One time they just flat out refused to refill a prescription. The staff is very rude and unfriendly. Switched to the cool springs location even though it is farther and have not had a single problem. Avoid this location.

By far the worst pharmacy around. Every time I get something filled there I regret it. The only benefit is the location is close to a lot of other establishments.

I gave 1 star simply because the scale does not allow scores in the negative. You can never speak to the same person on the phone as you can in the store. Apparently there is some time space vortex between when you call and get there even if its 3 minutes in normal time. I left an item in a cart, I called once I realized, the young lady said she would have it for me in the AM, I arrived and no one even knew her or what I was talking about. In my commute I pass 5 Walgreen's, and 1 CVS, CVS has my business hands down. Don't waste your time with these clowns
