We stayed there for 9 days in 2016 for a softball tournament and are going back again this July, and have friends going to camp there now as well. Beautifully maintained grounds, clean showers, bathrooms and laundry room. Nice pool and a separate saltwater pool with waterfall. A place to bathe your dog. Our girls loved the lake to go fishing. The staff is great and friendly!

Very nice RV resort and is our usual choice when in Panama City Beach. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is due to the bathroom facilities. While the facilities are ultra nice and very private, there's just not enough especially on the far end. I could forgo the ultimate privacy for a few more bathroom spots.

While the campground looks nice we were unable to stay there as they were all booked up. Sign out front says walk ins welcome - we understand being full with reservations. What we did not understand was not answering phone or returning phone call after recording says leave message and we will return phone call as soon as possible. 6 hrs later and no return call. When we asked person checking people in why they didn’t answer phone, she says it is ringing all the time and she is missing calls while being outside with us. Told us reservations are made a year in advance. Essentially she did not answer our question and couldn’t understand why we were upset. If you cannot answer phone and have no intention of returning calls, then you could change your voice mail message. First impressions are usually lasting impressions and we have no intention of trying to stay at this resort in the future.

Friendly staff nice location!   It backs up to a zoo,  so be prepared for some interesting sounds
