I love this place cant wait to return but had a bad time last year. My next door neighbor parked on our side and they were very loud. they keep us up at 1 to 2am. I pray this time that we want have that problem again.

Best place to stay in PCB! Quiet, secure community, just across from the beach, with two very clean swimming pools. Each unit comes with a golf cart for getting around. Close to food and affordable prices! Backs up to St Andrews State Park.

Lots available for vacation home or just vacation. Access to both beach and bayou with member only gates which is nice with how crowded Panama City Beach can be. Other amenities include 2 pools, multiple dog parks, golf carts everywhere, and mini golf. Not getting 5 star because parking and security can be a pain. Hard to turn around in some areas and older residents can be a little uptight/difficult.

Quite place to stay but if you are renting plan on the first two days of deep cleaning.
