I went in with my sick dog and the first thing I noticed was how beautiful the place was so I immediately thought the service was going to be excellent but I was wrong. They wanted to charge us $600 before we could even sit down properly, so I knew how this visit was about to go. My dog was barely breathing and in very bad condition so I thought they would work with us on the price but soon as the doctor came in she gave us a run down on how severe my dog was and how this could be so costly. She left and returned with a 2500 bill before ty could properly examine my dog. This place is all about money they are not dog lovers. I would rather pay a high bill knowing that it's for the best interest in my dog not for paying the rent.

My Aussie, Livie, was brought in with blood in her urine. The vets and vet techs fought for her incredibly hard but her little body was too far gone. They were 100% honest with us about her prognosis and cried with us when we knew she couldn’t fight anymore. I would recommend them any day even though our outcome wasn’t what we had hoped for

Took my dog here, was in the clinic less then 30 min was charged close to $400.00. The "Veterinarian" came into the room and told us to leave due to the fact they thought my dog had canine influenza, we were ushered out the door asap! The people here were not rude, however we received NOTHING in return for our payment except she could have dog flu! Glad we found a great Veterinarian in Conroe, turns out it was pneumonia and was cleared up in 5 days. If your animal can make the trip take them to Blue Pearl for Emergency care.

Exceptional service, caring staff, clean facility and prompt attention to our sick puppy.  They are very clear about the treatment plans and goals.  A breakdown of anticipated fees is visually presented to you before any treatments are carried out.  I'm very pleased knowing that this top notch facility is part of our community!

They are absolutely amazing! I went in for my sick cat and they were very attentive! They worked with us to give Zig (my cat) the best care and still be affordable for us. Again just absolutely amazing people!
