Fantastic care, BUT at very fair and affordable cost!!! I mean this in the most complimentary way, they are like the Walmart of Vets!!! If you are on a budget, but you want to find a place that is trustworthy, affordable, AND will love and treat your pet like you do; then go there!!!

This place nearly killed my cat and did not care! They tried to sell me services I did not need. I told them I had just paid rent and was trying to stay within my budget. I told the Vet that I’d witnessed my cat take a bite of a peace Lilly, which is a known toxin but NOT lethal. The doc told me he hoped it wasn’t the peace Lilly, likely bc treatment is as inexpensive as a steroid shot. 😒They sent me home w antibiotics preemptively. Normally I would have immediately realized this was an unsafe medical practice and antibiotics deplete the body’s own defense. Not only that, but also i brought her in bc she was not eating, paid for a fluid injection. A side effect of the antibiotic was vomiting, which completely negates giving her fluids in the first place. When i brought this to the attention to the vet tech her response was “ma’am I personally administered fluids to your cat, and I gave her plenty.” I can’t believe I’d allowed this person who was so rude (after I’d shelled out $400 dollars) to touch my cat. When I dropped off my urine sample to the vet tech she threw it away. These people only care about money and are UNETHICAL

Thrive is awesome with my dog Moo Shu. When he was a puppy he was very sick and wouldnt get well. We changed vets and came to Thrive. Now thats exactly what he does...thrive.

Dr Rushing and Dr Smolick were very nice and you can tell that they genuinely cared about your pets well being. You weren't treated like a number or something and the prices are great too.

I purchased Trifexis for my dog and they charged me $118.78 for a six month supply. When I received my package in the mail the invoice said $97.33. I talk to three different people and one guy lied and told me the invoice was incorrect. After talking to the 3rd person she told me that they mark up the prices. They charged me an extra $21.45 and refused to do a refund. If you’re going to profit off your customers make sure we cannot see the invoice with the actual price. Had you handled it professionally I would have never know. Next time I’ll go to Pet Vet where it cost $100.00 and I can walk out the door with it.
