Diagnosed my dog with a brain tumor. I called to ask if a symptom she was having was a way in which the tumor would manifest AFTER  i was told there were a variety of ways it would present once it would be time to put her down and quality of life would start being affected. They refused to look at her file, or answer my question without bringing my dog, who was vomiting non stop and suffering from a brain tumor, into the office 30m away.  All these people care about is money.  I've never heard of a vet who won't call you after hours ESPECIALLY A SPECIALIST. HORRIBLE PEOPLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE. Charged $3000 to diagnose my dog with cancer, but couldn't be troubled to say "yes, no or maybe." I'd have been happy to bring my dog in, with additional guidance, but could not even get that. I spoke with Tiffany, who wouldn't even call the doctor to ask! DISGUSTED, DISGUSTED, DISGUSTED!

I did not like that you do not have a good communication between the locations because I went to GCVS on Wirt Road on Saturday for an emergency and the Dr. told me to make an appointment the next Tuesday for follow up and repeat a blood test for my dog I asked her the cost and she said $40 dlls (Everything was perfect, I loved the Drs and nurses in that location all of them were very lovely and nice with my and my dog.) but  I called to make an appointment and they made my appointment in another location on 3800 Southwest, when my husband went to the appointment the front desk did not pay attention what he needed or I dont know if it is like a strategies to make the people pay more because she did not look for the file and made my husband to paid $195 aprox for nothing, just for a phisical exam and he saw the Dr. (another doctor) and he gave him another estimate for $500 dls!! When he was going just for a follow-up and a blood test to check her liver levels. So it was very mean they way they are making business. Obviously, I went to another place. Ah and they told me that they did not gave me a diagnostic!!

Kandi, my 24 lb Beagle was attacked by a 110 lb dog and tore several places in her groin, stomach and neck.  Gulf Coast was so good with her and really cared for Kandi.  She went in late on a Friday night and I picked her up early Saturday morning. It was very traumatic for me and Kandi as we were flooded out of our home also from Hurricane Harvey.  So we have been through a lot.   I would trust them again.  Kandi is doing great.  Don't hesitate on using this after hour’s emergency facility. Gulf Coast will only do what's best for your pet.

NOT a good place to take yours pets, they do NOT express compassion. Your dog can be dying and if you don't have money you will get terrible service. All they want is your money, they couldn't careless about your animal living or dying. They don't even let you pay in payments you have to pay up front right at the moment thousands of dollars or you will get no service. They are cold hearted people who don't care about nothing more then your money.

My dog was there over there new years eve weekend
And DID not care 
I went to see my dog and no one is even pay attention to my dog 
They let my dog die
