Great place for doughnuts! Sometimes the cashiers can be grumpy, but it's singular people and everyone is is very friendly. They have an offputting sign about credit card transaction fees prominently displayed next to the cash register. If you don't have cash, the sign really makes you feel bad about using your credit card, though the staff is good about it.

Great food and people! Everyone that served my family was nice, hurried, but still nice. To the other reviewers who complained about the cust. service, I would rather be served promptly than pandered to to feed my ego. We sat inside to enjoy our soup and sandwiches from the deli; which were both amazing! In the less than 15 min that we sat there eating, probably 50 ppl came through. That's really busy for a little place, I personally appreciate that they don't chit chat with every customer, otherwise it would take forever to be served. And to the family whose hopes and dreams were crushed when their 4 y.o. wasn't appreciated to the level they expected, really?! Your daughter will remember YOU bringing her there, not the lady that worked the counter cause that's why we do things for our kids. Don't expect someone else do your job of making the moment magical.

Worst customer service! While the food is good the employees are very unfriendly. You are never greeted with a friendly hello or can I help you. Instead you feel like you are bother them with your order. This unfriendly atmosphere is so disagreeable, that it is not worth going there -- even for good food. Customer service is important!!

Definitely my favorite bakery, everything I have had there was amazing. The homemade breadsticks are unbelievably good I world recommend getting the cheese breadsticks. I also enjoy the donuts they are plain and simple.
