Pros: They do an exceptional job of keeping your house rented. We used their services for three years and never had a problem with vacancy. 

Cons: Their customer service is severely lacking. Half of the time, the phone isn't answered; the voicemail box is always full  (and currently incomplete) which makes it impossible to leave a message. When someone does answer, it takes a 5-10 minute hold before your question(s) are "answered". Our experience was consistently being promised a call back after they talk to the owner or having him call us back and never receiving it, with the exception of Mary, with whom we hardly ever spoke. It has been our responsibility to keep calling, and it takes multiple attempts before getting any resolutions. Many times, I asked for emails confirming information discussed, which was agreed to, but would never get them. There is an owner's portal that allows you to start conversations (type a message), but no one responds. 

We are, currently, dealing with another situation pertaining to funds due to us that has been ongoing for approximately three months of "communication" and being told dates things will occur- they do not. It is very disappointing to us that the communication over the course of time and close of our business with Emily's Rentals has been so negative. As such, I don't think we will use them in the future. 

The owner really seems to care about taking care of his clients, but he can't do it all and has a tendency to cover for his staff. Normally, I would say those are traits of a good manager. However, when there is no improvement over time, it leaves the client feeling dissatisfied with services. Good customer service and providing accurate information goes a long way.

Great new management, Kyle helped as much as he could help. Really prompt on getting the rental property prepared for the next resident. Glad I rented from Emily's Rental.

Kyle was great and allowed us to rent a home immediately. He helped me get a washer and dryer within a couple of days. He was always available if we needed to speak with him. The prices for the rentals are great and setting up auto payment made everything simple. They also were easy to work with for extending the rental contract. I will recommend Emilys rentals to my buddies coming to Fort Hood.

Really poor communication on emily rentals part. Last summer our AC broke when weather was over 100 degrees and told us they could not fix until after the weekend. Waited three days for AC.
