Do not use this company period!  They will not do anything for you or your property.  The will not be thruthful on their paperwork to make it look like they are doing their job, specially if you live outside of the state and cannot see for yourself the condition of your property.  I gave them a perfectly beautiful home to manage and they returned to me, in less than a year, (after charging me for every little silly thing the renter demanded and was not necessary) a home that needed painting, some repairs (beyond the normal wear and tear) to name a few things.  I will also say that your needs as a property owner are third behind the renters needs, then their needs (to nickel and dime you with charges for anything they do!)  I have attached some photos to show.  The first 13 photos are some of the photos of how they left my home and the last seven photos are the condition in which I gave them my home.  Take my advice go with another company!

Absolutely great team! Anything that is needed in the home is handled quickly, no problems, no hassle and very friendly environment. Very professional and respectful. And they don't bug you!!!
