I parked there and thought I paid. It didn’t actually go through so I revived a fee. Fair enough I’ll pay for my expensive mistake. I then received a notice-after paying my fee in full-that I hadn’t paid and needed to. I called and spoke with an agent giving my confirmation number. He said I was clear and that I shouldn’t hear from them again. I got another notice saying I hadn’t paid. I figured it had already been sent out it was snail mail so I let it go. A full month and a half later and I’m still getting notices that I haven’t paid my fee. I have. I called once again. Waited on hold for about five minutes before a woman-with a very sour attitude-answered. We went back and forth and I explained all of the above. She said I have to send an email which she can forward it to her manager then he can confirm it and they can void the notice. I was put on hold several times during this because I asked why I couldn’t just be transferred to said manager and speak with them myself. I worked in a call center and when we had to escalate an issue we would transfer the call to our manager. Incredibly frustrating ordeal. I was willing to own you to my mistake but this has been more than stressful.
We did work for the owner Pete and he wife and they kept wanting everything for free. When I told them no it was a turning point. These are people who take and take! Also I got paid late and he tried to lie and keep the insurance money! Owners a crook and he need a lesson in life! I’d love to meet him in person”
Poor quality payment systems. Over priced base fees of $20+ when their own payment systems fail. Avoid like the plague and use city parking garages instead.
