I was in the process of selling my beloved Mini Cooper S  convertible that I had owned for 10 years.  While in the process, I had found that the AC was not cooling and I did not want to sell a defective car to the new owner (it was being purchased by a mom for her daughter). Being out of warranty, I did not want to pay high dealer labor cost to fix the AC and any other problem it may have that I was unaware of.  It was garage kept and had not been driven but about 1000 miles  year for the past 5 years.  Not good to let one set and not drive it!......I got an appointment at Empire and they ran a complete check on the vehicle and the AC was bad along with a couple more items.  One other item was the tach & speedometer cluster had problems with the needles not operating.  My buyer of the vehicle was in a hurry for the vehicle as her daughter needed it for school.  When all said & done Empire with Chris keeping tabs on the whole process got the vehicle up and running in time for the buyer to pick it up in time for her daughter to drive it to school, with cold AC and all operations a go!  Did a great job!  Pleased with the results and so was the new buyer!

I hate giving bad reviews. But I had service work done here recently and wasn't impressed, and don't think I'll ever go back. Chris and Eric are both nice service writers but their techs don't give your car back the way you brought it in to you. They left my window rolled down parked outside, bumper hanging off partially, and my coolant was low right after they changed my water pump. And they didn't put a oil sticker in my car or reset my light after an oil change. Basic stuff that takes an extra 3 min. Can't recommend this place.

Great family owned and operated shop.  Always extremely helpful and fair pricing.  Only place my family uses for all of our import repair needs.  Highly recommend.  Eric and Kenny will always make sure you are taken care of fairly and honestly.

Dont ever go here over priced an never diagnose the real problem with my car. Even didnt hook up my brakes after a car check . I almost got in a car wreak.

Don't bring your Honda, this here is German territory. Came here on a recommendation from a friend one afternoon. Had to come back the next morning to actually get my car looked at. After waiting a few hours the tech basically Googled where to start. Same thing I did. Then he told a co-worker he "didn't know what the problem was" and to start with the coils and plugs and then said "This is why we don't work on Honda's." I was charged for him to 'look at my engine' and then Google something on the computer. I asked for my car to be pulled out of the shop and I went somewhere else. If you're not from around these here parts or don't own a German car be warned.
