Very helpful, knowledgeable, and caring staff. We ended up with a couple flat tires right outside of Winter Haven. They even stayed open late so my hurricane relief crew could move on the road. Thanks to all the Tires Plus staff for helping and supporting us.

Had a recall on my tires and they replaced them without any hassles...no extra charges. Staff was friendly and helpful. Took a bit longer than I was told, but felt fortunate to not be charged a new balancing charge or disposal fee.

I used to work here and get my vehicle serviced. Since I've left I still get my car serviced there for all my needs. Until today. The entire staff, excluding the techs are more concerned with sales then they are customer service. When I was an employee, we are told to never turn a customer away. In the last 2 days I've been told they're just "too busy" to get to me. And when you do make an appointment and tell them you need your car back at a certain time they don't acknowledge your request. I needed an oil change today, and after being turned away from their establishment twice, I finally took it to the dealership and received top notch service and was out in less than an hour; which by the way. They were much busier. I will take my business elsewhere.

Great place to get your tires and repairs. Courteous and friendly service. Repeat customers are treated like family.
