Now....I have been to cleaners on a weekly basis for the last 17 years and know all to well the bad and "Unfortunate" things that can happen at the cleaners . ... I did have something happen here , but the manager handled swift , professional, and on my terms which help elevate the loss. He went well above the extra mile....making me a customer for a long time

I have only recently moved to the area and as such, I had the typical dumb lost tourist look on my face for a bit, I asked around and was told that Fazio was my best bet for dry cleaners.  By default, I take recommendations with a grain of salt, because YOUR likes, may not equate to mine.  Just something I learned over the years, I guess.

Anyway, so why am I a loyal customer?  

#1: I travel a lot for work, and took my clothing to the cleaners and asked if he could have them ready by Saturday, he said yes.  Saturday afternoon my clothing was ready.

#2: They know what heavy starch means.  I always use a lot of starch, almost to the point of them being able to stand on their own.  I have since washed my shirt twice and it still has the stiffness to it.

The prices are great, and the owner recognizes me by name.

Oh, and it is about a half mile walk from my place.  Reasonable prices, excellent service, and I walk off the pounds to boot!!

Extremely Bad Customer Service.... The quality of the dry cleaning and laundry service is "below average" would not recommend nor go back.
