After buying a house, we finally decided to buy some quality furniture - particularly a couple sofas and a chair, as I can't build them and used ones are usually trashed. After looking at the selection locally, we found what we wanted at Ennis - hand-tied springs, hardwood frames, and made in the USA. I'll admit, after years of used furniture and things from Ikea and the like, the prices gave me pause, but after living with the furniture for a few months, I do not regret the decision to buy from Ennis. The chair alone weighs more than our previous $700 sectional purchased at a discount store, and all of it is so much more comfortable, sturdy, and better-looking than what we had before. Robbin, our salesperson, was great and really tuned in to what we (the wife) wanted. A surprising bonus was a design service which definitely added value from my point of view. Robbin came to our house, took measurements, and discussed what we were looking for. Several days later, we met up at Ennis and were shown proposed layouts with different materials and colors, which made it easy to decide how everything would come together. Later, when I was told the chair I chose was on back-order, I was offered a discount on a similar chair or - get this - a "loaner chair" to use until my order arrived. Robbin actually offered to send me, free of charge, a brand new leather chair to use for two months while I awaited the arrival of the chair I had ordered. Amazing customer service, folks.

Taking advantage of the design services offered by Ennis Furniture I turned to Kimberly, relying exclusively on her advice for furnishings and decor in my new condo. Superior product knowledge and a strong sense of design - an amazing intuition for color and texture, arrangement and composition gave me confidence in her recommendations. That she was able to ascertain my needs from sketches, photos, and discussion and quickly create room ensembles for my consideration really impressed me! And the newly furnished condo is just beautiful.

Ennis Fine Furniture not only provides high quality furnishings and accessories for any specific taste, but also ensures every customer is completely satisfied. When considering the daunting task of furnishing our home, my wife and I were drawn to Ennis for their fine quality of furniture. However, the incomparable attention to detail, expertise, and professionalism exhibited by our designer Lynne was the catalyst which made our decision to purchase at Ennis. Her contagious passion, vision and ability to put together a design for each room of our house was truly amazing. My wife was enthralled by the components of furniture and accessories assembled in Lynne’s design plan for our home. It was as if she knew my wife’s tastes and complimented the plan to make those tastes come to life. Both at work and off, Lynne availed herself to our calls and and repeated texts. Many times she came to our home on her off days to check up on new pieces of furniture that had just been delivered. Thank you Ennis for your uncompromising dedication to quality and customer satisfaction, and thank you Lynne for giving our home an interior design my wife could only dream about.

Our sales representative, Kimberly was absolutely amazing! She listened carefully to our needs and then assisted us in purchasing the dining set of our dreams! Her creative design talent made it easy for us to visualize how to use additional pieces to accent our main piece. Thanks for helping us make our buying experience less stressful!
