Super personal and helpful gentleman that helped us. Not pushy , very informational knew everything about every mattress. He was able to help us choose the right mattress for us without trying to upsell us. Very friendly environment. And we love our mattress!!

Very disappointing service. Daniel was not diligent, we paid $500 for a new mattress and came to get it and there was no box. We were uninformed and we now have to wait to receive the rest of the bed now being almost a week later. Just more disappointing considering we were really excited and not told of having to wait at all.

Latex bed for us too. Painful, sagging by just over a year. At year 3 it is literally unbearable to sleep. They offered us a "repair".....for $100., if they found it broken. Right. Nothing personal. We paid for an expensive bed and it was horrible and didn't last in any way. So we won't be back, we will offer others a caution for our experience. We will try Costco and certainly wouldn't be a customer here again.

My girlfriend and I recently bought a bed from these folks. This was the best purchase we have made in a long time! The service and bed we received was great! See, we had been researching beds for a while and then we realized Memorial Day was right around the corner. We hit up four bedding stores on that weekend sale. We had terrible service at all of them except Northwest Bedding. Northwest Bedding didn't just have ok service. It was great! The sales person was not pushy like a typical car salesman. They were very knowledgeable about their products. The bed we bought from Northwest Bedding was a better bed by all means. This bed was designed for longevity, durability, and comfort in mind. To tell you the truth we no longer use the couch when watching TV in the evenings, we use this damn bed. I'm not sure what other people were talking about in their reviews. I know a lot of people that have beds from here; all of them have nothing but good things to say. When I say a lot, I mean nine people. I would definitely recommend this place to others an already have. Keep up the good work Northwest Bedding. By the way this was the store on Division and Francis.
